Family Members:

Fran was born to Leon and Freda on Oct 5, 1943, in Detroit, MI. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, aunt, and rescuer of stray cats and dogs. Fran administered Tel Shalom's burial plots at Rolling Hills for over 30 years and volunteered at Richmond's soup kitchen in prior decades. She was a proficient quilter and donated her creations to new parents. Fran was also a member of Friends of the Pinole Library. She connected with people.

Fran is survived by her husband Steve, children Robert and Laurie, grandchildren Len and Tim, and brother David.
