Beloved and loving son of the late Sara Lee Spiwak. Cherished and loving brother of Karen Egren. Dear and loving uncle of Brandon Egren. Also survived by many loving cousins. Loved by his loyal support team of Deborah Jiles, Gaye Armstrong, Ula and Greencastle Family Care. He will be loved and missed by those he left behind, and remembered for his beautiful spirit, wonderful sense of humor and kind and gentle love.
