Judith (Judy) Siess, a resident of Rochester Hills, Michigan, died on December 28th, 2021 at the age of 80. Funeral services arranged by The Dorfman Chapel.

It is with great sadness, love, and profound gratitude to announce the passing of our beloved friend Judith Siess on December 28, 2021 at the American House Assisted Living in Auburn Hills, Michigan. She will now reunite with her husband, parents, brothers, and her pet Pasha.
She was the beloved wife of William Edgar Siess and the loving daughter of William Russell Battersby and Dorothea Palmer Battersby. She was predeceased by brothers Gerald and Robert Battersby, and pet cat Pasha. She was also greatly loved by her pet cat Estella.
Judy (as she wanted to be referred by her friends), was a lifetime member of The Michigan Sports Car Club which she served as treasurer for some time. She also was very active in motor sports and she leaves behind many friends in the rally community. Judy was kind hearted and always cared about everyone. Her passion for world history made her a life time member of the Troy Historical Society. She became fascinated by all the different cultures around the world. Judy also loved astronomy, maps, art, and music. She also appreciated a variety of different animals (especially llamas), and she spent countless hours reading all kinds of books. Judy was definitely an animal supporter. She adored each one of the stray cats she adopted which filled her Troy home with joy. She was fond for the color purple which she always referred to as her happy place.
